The Explosion continues, this time with Los Socios Del Ritmo. If anyone has any information on this group, please fill me in. I have a couple of their records from the mid 70s and they're amazing. (I understand the group is still around?) Wah-wah guitar, weird synth leads and tan lines abound! Fans of the Meters' "Stormy" will enjoy the mellow "Mentiras," while "Vamos A Can Cun" is more uptempo with a 4 over 3 beat, Santana-ish organ swells and tough guitars.Mentiras- Los Socios Del Ritmo (1975)
